If you wish to cancel your order, please fill out the form below.
Our support team will review your request and confirm the cancellation.
⚠️ Important Information:
- Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement if they have not yet been shipped.
- If your order has already been shipped, you can request a return or replacement within 24 hours of delivery.
- Delivery charges and POS fees are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be processed within 5 working days after approval.
